Cherry Cheese Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange or lemon Jell-O
2 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
8 oz. miniature marshmallows
1/2 pt. whipping cream or Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 pkg. (3 oz.) cherry Jell-O
Preparation

Combine the orange Jell-O, water, cream cheese and marshmallows and cook until melted and well blended.
Set aside until it starts to set.
Whip cream; blend into Jell-O with vanilla, pineapple and mayonnaise.
Put in 11 x 13-inch pan and let stand until firm.
Prepare the cherry Jell-O according to package directions.
Cool and then pour over first mixture. Sprinkle with walnuts, if desired.
