Barb'S Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped pimentos
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. soy sauce
    2 or 3 Tbsp. hot sauce
    1 pkg. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Let the cheeses soften. Mix cheeses together with mixer until well blended.
    Add remaining ingredients, except nuts, and mix well.
    Roll into a ball, cover and place in refrigerator. Chill at least 2 hours.
    When ready to serve, roll it in the chopped nuts.
