Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion
    1 stick butter
    1 c. rice
    4 or 5 beef bouillon cubes
    3 c. water
Preparation
    Grate onion and saute in butter.
    Place in large baking dish with 1 cup of rice and bouillon cubes.
    Add water.
    Bake 1 hour in medium oven.
