Low Calorie Island Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    1 large hard-cooked egg, peeled and chopped
    3 Tbsp. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped dill pickle
    few grains black pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a bowl or screw-top jar.
    Makes 1 1/2 cups dressing.
    Keeps a week in refrigerator.
    Two tablespoons is 26 calories.
