Pork Chop Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    oil
    1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 pkg. (24 oz.) hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 can (2.8 oz.) French fried onions
Preparation
    Brown the chops in a lightly greased skillet.
    Sprinkle with seasoned salt and set aside.
    Combine the soup, milk, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt.
    Stir in the potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can of the onions.
    Spoon the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Arrange the chops over the potatoes.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Top with the remaining cheese and onions.
    Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer.
    Makes 6 servings.
