Chicken Stuffing Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. butter
    1 box (7 oz.) chicken flavored stuffing mix
    1 can cream of onion soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. milk
    2 c. diced cooked chicken
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) box chopped spinach, cooked and drained
    1/2 tsp. rubbed sage
    1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Heat water and butter to boiling; pour over stuffing.
    Mix well.
    Put one half of this into 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Stir together soup, mayonnaise, milk, chicken, celery and spinach. Spoon evenly over stuffing mix.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake 5 minutes more until cheese is melted.
