Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. mashed ripe avocados
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 to 2 Tbsp. finely chopped green chilli pepper
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
    4 drops Tabasco sauce
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 large ripe tomato peeled, seeded and chopped
Preparation
    Cook tomato pieces in a dry skillet until all water is absorbed and lightly brown.
    Cool to room temperature.
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Keep refrigerated.
