Oatmeal Coconut Crispies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shortening
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. 3 minute oats
1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugars.
Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Sift together flour, salt, soda, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Fold into the creamed mixture. Blend in oats, coconut and nuts.
Drop by spoonful onto greased baking sheets.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
