Mom'S Cranberry-Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1 c. cold water
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1 (14 oz.) container cranberry/orange relish
    1/4 c. ReaLemon reconstituted lemon juice
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed
Preparation
    In small saucepan, dissolve unflavored gelatin in cup of cold water.
    Heat to mix, set aside.
    Dissolve flavored gelatin in boiling water, stir in relish, 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
    Pour in a lightly oiled 1 1/2-quart mold.
    Chill until slightly thickened.
