Tune Up A Tuna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Bisquick mix
    1/3 c. very hot water
    1 c. Monterey Jack or sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. celery soup
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 can tuna, drained
    1/4 c. chopped pimento
    1/4 c. minced onion
Preparation
    Grease a 10 x 6-inch baking pan.
    Mix Bisquick mix and water. Knead on floured surface until smooth.
    Press into pan bottom and up sides.
    Grate cheese.
    Sprinkle 1/2 cup over dough.
    Mix other ingredients together and pour over dough.
    Add remaining cheese. Decorate with pimento strips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
