Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1 small box Velveeta
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
    2 c. corn flakes cereal
    butter or margarine
Preparation
    Saute onion in skillet with a little butter.
    Add cheese and soup.
    Melt.
    Add sour cream.
    Spread potatoes in buttered 9 x 13-inch dish; heat thoroughly.
    Pour cheese mixture over potatoes. Place corn flakes in Ziploc bag and mash into crumbs.
    Sprinkle crumbs over potatoes and bake approximately 1 hour at 325\u00b0 or until potatoes are done.
    Do not salt.
