Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
6 green onions, chopped fine (including green part)
1 jar dried beef, chopped fine
1/2 c. pecans, chopped fine
Preparation

Mash softened cream cheese. Mix into cheese, finely chopped beef and onions.
Mix well. Form into large ball.
Roll cheese ball in finely chopped pecans. Refrigerate overnight. Decorate with parsley.
Set at room temperature about 30 minutes before serving.
