Cherries In Snow - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 angel food cake
1 can Thank You Brand cherries
8 oz. cream cheese
1 (16 oz.) tub Cool Whip
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Mix cream cheese, confectioners sugar and vanilla until fluffy with an electric mixer.
Add the Cool Whip, then the milk and mix well.
Take your sponge cake and cut in half, cutting from side to side.
Put bottom half of sponge cake on a platter and add half the mixture onto the top of angel cake.
Then put the top half of the angel cake on top of the mixture.
With the other 1/2 of the mixture cover the top part of the angel food cake.
Then pour the can of cherries over top the whole cake.
If you don't like cherries, use some other fruit topping you desire.
