German Chocolate Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 c. flaked coconut
 
1 c. chopped pecans
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick margarine
Preparation
- 
                            Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch Pyrex baking dish with the coconut and pecans.
 
Prepare cake mix by directions on box; pour over coconut and pecans.
Warm the cream cheese and margarine and blend together.
Spoon over top of cake.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
