Scallops Maison - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. scallops
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
    1 c. half and half
    1 tsp. curry powder
Preparation
    Combine scallops and mushrooms in a shallow casserole. Combine wine, soup, half and half and curry powder.
    Pour over scallops and bake at
    350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Serve over rice. Serves 6 to 8.
