1 c. sour cream
2 c. sifted self-rising flour
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Combine all ingredients in large electric mixer bowl. Beat until well blended. Spoon into ungreased miniature muffin pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
