Sauerkraut Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. lean ground pork
    2 lb. shredded, drained sauerkraut
    1 egg
    1 c. bread crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
    bread crumbs (for coating)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Roll in balls (size of a walnut).
    Roll in extra bread crumbs.
    Place on cookie sheet. Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
