Pork Tenderloin Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork tenderloin
    1 c. flour
    salt & pepper
    4 tbsp. butter
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 can mushrooms (drained)
Preparation
    Role tenderloin in flour seasoned with salt & pepper.
    Brown in 4 tbsp. butter.
    Place in casserole dish.
    Sprinkle 3 tbsp. of flour in drippings where meat was browned.
    Brown flour as you would normally make gravy.
    Add chicken broth and mushrooms to the gravy mixture.
    Pour over roast.
    Bake 1 hour on 350 degrees. Serve with rice.
