8 slices white bread
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna
1/2 tsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
few grains cayenne
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 egg white, stiffly beaten
1/2 c. coarsely grated Swiss cheese
paprika
Preparation

Cut bread into 24 (1 1/2-inch) rounds and toast on one side only.
Set aside.
