Zucchini Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 c. grated zucchini
    4 c. grated onion
    2 large bell peppers
    1 large jalapeno pepper, cut up fine
    4 tsp. canning salt
Preparation
    Combine the first 4 ingredients and sprinkle with salt over the tops of vegetables and set in the refrigerator for 12 hours. Squeeze vegetables with hands to drain.
    Then add to the following mixtures.
