Broccoli Cheese Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes long grain and wild rice
2 pkg. frozen broccoli, prepared as directed
1 can chicken broth (14 oz.)
2 cans chopped mushrooms
2 cans water chestnuts (optional)
2 c. nonfat cheese, grated
1 c. low-fat croutons
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash spicy seasoning
Preparation

Prepare the rice as directed, using liquid Butter Buds.
Add the cooked broccoli, water chestnuts and chicken broth.
Add seasoning and cheese.
Spoon into a large casserole dish that has been sprayed with nonfat cooking spray.
Top with the croutons; cover and bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Remove cover the last 10 minutes.
