Salmon Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 c. scalded milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, cut in pieces
    3 eggs, separated
    1 (15 oz.) can salmon, flaked
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0. In saucepan, soak bread in milk; add salt, mustard and cheese.
    Heat until cheese melts; cool.
    Add egg yolks and salmon. Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into salmon mixture.
    Pour into 2-quart buttered casserole.
    Bake 45 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
