Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 chicken breasts, boiled and chopped (save stock)
1 green pepper, chopped
6 oz. mushrooms
2/3 c. flour
2 c. chicken stock
1/2 lb. Kraft American cheese, diced up
1 large onion, chopped
2 1/2 sticks butter
2 c. milk
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
8 oz. egg noodles
Preparation

Boil chicken and save broth.
Cook noodles in leftover stock. Saute onion, pepper and mushrooms with 1/2 stick butter (set aside).
In pan, melt 2 sticks butter, flour, stock and milk, stirring until thickened.
Add cheese; stir until melted.
Mix all ingredients together; put in 9 x 12-inch pan.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
