Plum Sauce(To Serve Over Steamed Fish, Broiled Chicken) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. chicken bouillon
    2 medium plums, peeled, pitted and diced
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. dehydrated onion flakes
    1 tsp. finely minced ginger root
    salt to taste
    2 drops red food coloring
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients (except food coloring) in saucepan. Bring to boil; cook over moderate heat, uncovered, until sauce is thick, stirring frequently.
    Add food coloring, if desired. Yield:
    2 servings.
