Beef Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

beef cubes
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg
1 Tbsp. water
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. basil leaves
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. leaf oregano
Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Mix flour, salt and pepper.
Coat meat with flour mixture. Dip meat in egg and water.
Dip in crumbs, cheese and basil leaf mixture.
Brown in oil.
Combine tomato sauce, garlic and oregano.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Put Mozzarella on top.
Bake for 3 to 5 minutes.
Serve over noodles.
