Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1 medium onion
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    1 c. rice
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 can beef consomme
    water
Preparation
    Add enough water to beef consomme to make 2 cups liquid.
    Mix all ingredients together and bake, covered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
