Cheeseburger Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain fat. Stir in water, ketchup, mustard, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork. Sprinkle with cheese; cover. Let stand 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
    Garnish with lettuce, pickles and tomato slices, if desired.
