Baked Chicken Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cut up
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. regular rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 pkg. frozen peas
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown the chicken
    in
    butter or margarine.
    Remove the chicken and add the onion
    and
    rice to the pan;
    brown, stirring. Add the soups,
    carrots
    and
    frozen
    peas.
    Salt
    and pepper to taste.
    Put the
    chicken
    in a baking dish and cover with soup mixture.
    Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
