Evelyn'S Cheese Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. grated sharp cheese
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. Texas Pete hot sauce
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/4 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix together the first 6 ingredients.
    Divide into 2 parts; shape in logs or balls.
    Roll in mixture of the chili powder, paprika and chopped pecans.
    Garnish with cherries or pecan halves.
