Vegetable Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter or oleo
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. mustard
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. cooked green vegetables
Preparation

Melt butter or oleo in saucepan; blend in flour and mustard. Add milk; stir over heat until thick.
Add salt and green vegetables or garnish with parsley.
Pour over servings of pie like a gravy.
