Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sliced round steak
    flour
    1/4 c. oleo
    1 can mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 small clove garlic
    1 can beef broth
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cut round steak into thin strips.
    Dust with flour.
    In large skillet, brown meat in oleo.
    Add mushrooms, onions and garlic. Brown lightly.
    Stir in beef broth.
    Cover and cook 1 hour or until meat is tender.
    Stir now and then.
    Gradually stir in sour cream.
    Cook over low heat 5 minutes.
    Serve over rice or cooked noodles.
