Lady Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, grated
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 large cabbage (about 3 lb.), shredded
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine in large pan for 2 minutes.
    Add cabbage, water and salt.
    Cover pan, cook quickly for 10 minutes or just until cabbage is crispy tender.
    Stir in milk; serve hot.
