Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese (Swiss or Mozzarella)
    6 slices white bread, cubed
    1 1/2 lb. sausage, browned, drained and crumbled
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Layer first 3 ingredients in a buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole. Beat eggs, milk and mustard.
    Pour over top and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
    Bake at 325\u00b0, uncovered, for 1 hour.
    Great for busy mornings, such as Christmas.
