Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 medium fresh tomato, peeled and chopped
    2 Tbsp. low sodium ketchup
    1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
    1/8 tsp. sage
    2 slices bread, broken into pieces
    2 egg whites, slightly beaten
    2 tsp. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard powder
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Pour milk over bread and allow to stand 5 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Form into a loaf and place on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours.
    Serves 6.
