Zucchini Bake(Yellow Squash) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can creamy mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
4 c. cooked zucchini or yellow squash
1 c. shredded carrot
1/4 c. onion
2 c. herbed seasoned stuffing mix
1/4 c. margarine
Preparation

Mix all ingredients
together
except
stuffing mix and margarine.
Put in 8 x
12-inch pan.
Mix margarine and stuffing mix.
Put on top and bake in 350\u00b0 oven 30 minutes or until bubbling.
Serves 6 to 8.
