Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 large eggs
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    3 apples, peeled and cut up
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine oil, sugar and eggs; mix well and add flour gradually. Add vanilla, apples and nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in a tube pan.
