Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. Argo cornstarch
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 to 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix cornstarch and milk; stir until smooth.
Add margarine, salt and pepper.
Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Boil for 1 minute.
Add Cheddar cheese.
