Sugar Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1 Tbsp. cold water
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 lb. pecan halves
Preparation
    Beat lightly the egg white and cold water.
    Mix together brown sugar, sugar, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon.
    Turn pecan halves in egg white mixture.
    Then turn in sugar mixture.
    Spread on ungreased cookie sheet in single layer. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Remove from cookie sheet and cool on wax paper in single layer.
    Freezes well and makes wonderful Christmas gifts for friends!
