Honey Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. lean beef round steak, thinly sliced
    1 large red pepper, cut into thin strips
    1 c. shredded fresh spinach
    3 green onions, cut into 1/2-inch diagonal pieces
    1 medium parsnip, cut into thin strips (about 4 oz.)
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil, divided
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 tsp. grated fresh or 1 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 c. reduced-salt soy sauce
    2 tsp. honey
    2 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    In large skillet over medium-high heat, cook sliced beef, red pepper, spinach, green onions and parsnip in 2 teaspoons hot oil, stirring constantly, 2 to 3 minutes until meat is brown.
    Remove from skillet; keep warm.
    In same skillet in remaining, 1 teaspoon oil, cook garlic and ginger 1 minute.
    In small bowl, stir well soy sauce, honey, cornstarch and 2 tablespoons cold water.
    Return meat and vegetable mixture to skillet.
    Add soy sauce mixture. Cook 1 to 2 minutes until heated through and thickened.
