Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. saffron yellow rice
    1 c. celery
    1 c. any other vegetable
    1 1/2 lb. kielbasa, chicken or any other meat
Preparation
    Throw everything into 6 cups of boiling water.
    Stir everything, so the rice doesn't stick.
    Put a lid on the pan and bring the pot to another boil.
    Turn the stove down to a simmer. Simmer for about one hour.
    Yum!
