Creamy Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. thinly sliced potatoes
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 c. milk
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a 2-quart casserole, alternate layers of potatoes and onion.
    Mix remaining ingredients.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Cover and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Uncover and bake 30 minutes.
