Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    2 1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 pinch salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In separate bowl, mix 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
    Cream margarine and sugar.
    Add egg. Beat well.
    Blend dry ingredients and add to margarine mixture. Stir well.
    Shape dough into balls.
    Roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
    Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
    Makes 3 dozen cookies.
