Ginger Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
    1 egg
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice (undrained)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients except pineapple. Spread beef mixture evenly in ungreased loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3-inches.
    Bake, uncovered, 1 hour; drain.
    Spoon pineapple over meat loaf.
    Bake about 30 minutes longer or until no longer pink in center.
