South Carolina Greens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. collard greens, washed and chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    4 cloves garlic
    1 green pepper
    3 stalks celery
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Saute onion, garlic, green pepper and celery.
    Add to collard greens with water.
    Cook slow for 45 minutes.
