Cooked Corn And Red Pepper Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1 large yellow onion, chopped
    1 red pepper, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. dried tarragon
    1 1/2 c. cooked corn
    2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    6 drops hot red pepper sauce
Preparation
    In a skillet, heat oil.
    Add onion, red pepper, garlic and tarragon.
    Saute for 10 minutes, until vegetables are tender. Stir in corn, lemon rind and salt.
    Cook for 2 minutes or until heated through.
    Stir in lemon juice and red pepper sauce.
    Serves 4.
