Rick'S Flaming Bananas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
4 bananas
praline ice-cream
3 Tbsp. rum
3 Tbsp. banana liqueur
Preparation

In a medium frying pan, melt butter and sugar.
Slice banana lengthwise and crosswise into chunks.
Toss gently in sauce to warm.
Add rum and banana liqueur to bananas.
Heat on high for one minute and ignite.
Divide ice-cream among 4 parfait or wine glasses.
Spoon over ice-cream.
