Brownie Oatmeal Gems - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate
    1/4 c. margarine
    2/3 c. Karo light syrup
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. light brown sugar, packed
    1 c. nuts
    4 c. quick oats
Preparation
    In 2-quart saucepan, stir chocolate and butter over low heat just until chocolate melts.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in syrup, eggs and salt.
