Cream Of Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced potatoes
3/4 c. diced celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 c. milk
Preparation
-
Cook potatoes with water (about 4 cups).
Add celery and onion.
Cook covered until tender, about 20 minutes.
Mash all potato pieces.
Stir together butter and flour.
Add to potato mixture, stirring all the while.
Add milk, salt and pepper to taste.
Continue heating until bubbly.
Stir often.
It tends to stick.
