Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 lb. sausage
    6 slices bread, torn into pieces
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. shredded sharp cheese
Preparation
    Cook sausage.
    Drain excess grease.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish sprayed with nonstick spray.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
