Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Crisco
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    6 or 7 eggs
    3 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream together Crisco and sugar.
    Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating thoroughly after each.
    Alternate flour and milk to batter.
    Add flavoring last.
    Bake in tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
